By creating a BiteWise account, you agree to these terms. Read them, they are short on purpose.

Who can use BiteWise

BiteWise is built for Covenant University students. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

What BiteWise does

BiteWise generates meal plans and spend insights based on real CU campus vendor data. Prices and vendor availability can change day to day, and BiteWise is a planning tool, not a guarantee that a specific item will be available or priced exactly as shown.

Subscriptions and payments

• BiteWise offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings, you will keep Premium access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
• Refunds are considered on a case by case basis, contact us if something went wrong.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse BiteWise. This includes attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with the service, scraping vendor or pricing data for resale, or submitting false vendor or price reports.

Not medical or financial advice

BiteWise provides general meal and budgeting suggestions. It is not medical, dietary, or professional financial advice. If you have allergies or health conditions, always verify ingredients directly with the vendor.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BiteWise grows. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
